Of Course! Even while you’re on our Free Trial, we’ll treat you just the same as we do all of our other members. In fact, consider this you “On Ramp.” We’ll make sure you have everything you need to be successful!
That means you get a dedicated Support person who gets to know you and your gym. We believe in old-fashioned Customer Support - aka, we’re actually around to help when you need us! No robot appointments or 1-800 numbers here.
What happens when the Free Trial ends?
When your Free Trial comes to an end, you’ll be earning more revenue, you’ll be a FitChalk power-user, and we’re confident you’ll be receiving great value from the platform!
If you’re confident FitChalk is a good fit for you business, we’ll get your digits and start billing you the next month.
How long does it take to get up and running with FitChalk?
The answer here depends on your preference. We’ve had gyms fully up and running in 72 hours. Other gyms prefer to ease into things, which typically means about 5-10 business days.
